Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA

Our handmade articles are unique in their own way, so please note some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc.

At Iwearkhadi we have a friendly shipping policy. We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we have partnered with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999.

Each product we showcase is unique and handwoven , therefore shipping time may vary. Shipping details are provided on the product page for our each product.

Our logistics partners deliver shippment to you between Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm.. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected/unforseen travel delays from our courier partners or bad weather conditions and strikes, etc.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time specified herewith.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Fabric care details will be mentioned on the product page and every garment will have label for product care.

Cancellations

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order for delivery.

For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number. Please mail us at happytohelp@iwearkhadi.com.

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. {store_url} has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by {store_url} and accept {store_url} decision regarding the cancellation.

In case of Gift Certificate: Gift Certificate will not be canceled, customer can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

IwearKhadi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the customer shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by IWearKhadifor re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.

Replacement/ Return Policy

We are confident that you will love our Iwearkhadi product, our return policy is simple:

Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products (not your fit, damaged) will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information. 

We have handmade products; therefore in all fairness to our charkha spinners, we have some products which are not eligible for sale. Only regular products are eligible for exchange, items listed as sale/discount return are not covered under this category.  Please be careful which products are eligible for returns while purchasing.

Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed point.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should happytohelp@iwearkhadi.in a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.

Upon authorization of returns, we will love to offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full amount in form of store credits or get refund automatically on your original credit card or debit card used for payment. A cost of return shipping charge and fee of Rs 100 will be applicable per order. Product will be eligible for full refund, if it has been damaged or defective or sent by error.  Processing of returns take one week.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

In case of an exchange, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

International Shipping & Return Policy:

Each item in your order is sold by Iwearkhadi. Those items for shipment to countries outside India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize Iwearkhadi to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import duty fees for such item. The import duty may be collected by Courier Company on or before delivery.

Exchanges (For locations outside India) We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Refunds (if applicable: For locations outside India) Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged. Our refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of acceptance of the shipment by the customer.

Please email details about the product damage along with images of the damaged product with Barcode to happytohelp@iwearkhadi.com, our team will respond back with the details of the refund request.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from IwearKhadi the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
